I recently done a Hair transplant surgery at Florida, I was promised a transplant of 70 grafts at $9.50 per grafts. So what the sale person told me I required $680 dollars of reservation fee. Because that's exactly what's the transplant cost, they told me the reservation fee would covered it.

so I got the "transplant" done last Monday, with a few "cogulation mark" on the recipient sites, on Wednesday, having my primary physican watch the area. I notice there is significantly less then 70 grafts being transfered.

ON the day I done the procedure, I recieve a bill from them saying
it was $4,000, but after the "discount" it become $680. I know the $680 probably gone into toilet by now, but is it a possbility the company can bill me the "unpaid" $3320 (if they remove the discount). a few weeks from now. What can I do to protect myself against the fraud.

please everyone!!
I desperately need help, I don't want to ended up paying $4,000 just for transplant 15 grafts.
