Can a general urologist do pediatric cases or do they have to go through a pediatric fellowship to do peds cases? (I'm not talking about during residency, but after residency)

Thanks!

I do easy peds stuff - circs, orchiopexies, clinic management. Some general urologists will do more - hypospadias, reimplants. I prefer to send those to a peds urologist.

Can? Yes. Should? Probably not, except for the simple stuff mentioned above.
