So my dentist sent me a clincheck of what my teeth would look like for invisalign and I noticed that the bottom teeth does not seem symmetrical with the top row. The top row looks good but it seems like the bottom teeth does not align symmetrically with the top row, like there is gonna be a tooth in the middle of the bottom row. I wanna hear other dentists opinions besides my own, I am thinking about asking him if it is possible to make the bottom row more symmetrical with the top row, basically shifting the teeth slightly so the top matches with the bottom. Here is a pic of before and after of my teeth. I wanna hear multiple dentists opinion before my dentists sends it out to the company to start making the trays or do you think i am being overly picky and it is not a big deal at all? Also another question I have is if the invisalign dentist simply scans the teeth and the invisalign company are the one that designs the procedure to move the teeth in a way or is it the dentist that are the ones doing that? basically what is the role of the dentist and invisalign company with invisalign?

you should have an open and honest conversation with your doctor about what you want, changes to the clincheck are managed by the treating doctor.
