Attention all medical students, residents, and IR fellows:
The 2015 Digestive Disease Interventions (DDI) will be held in Boston, MA from Thursday Oct 22-Saturday Oct 24. The event is jointly sponsored with SIR and will bring together leaders in the field of GI intervention. Daily lunch will be served and there will be ample hands-on activities and teaching.
The organization is seeking abstract submissions from medical students, residents, and fellows. The abstract submission deadline is coming up on September 1. Work that has been previously presented in the year is acceptable and there is a 250 word limit. The attendance fee will be waived for those with accepted abstracts. The notification date is September 7. In addition, there are several scholarships that are available for accepted abstracts with the submission of a CV and brief cover letter. This is a great opportunity, and we hope to see you there! Learn more at: http://www.ddinterventions.org/abstracts.html and please see the attachment for the schedule.
Of course, you are welcome to attend even if you do not submit an abstract. You may register at: http://www.ddinterventions.org/register.html
Please email [email protected] if you have any questions.
