It depends on the school. I would say your best bet would be the contact the school you are applying to, to be absolutely certain.
For SCCO, they told me they calculate repeated course GPA however way your undergrad school calculated the GPA. So, if your undergrad institution does not include the previous grade in calculating your GPA, then, you don't have to worry about your previous grade in the course!
Furthermore, certain schools calculate pluses and minuses into the GPA calculations while others do not. Check with the school to be certain. SCCO does NOT calculate pluses or minuses. So, a B+, would be a B.
