CAF help - Extra-curricular activities

I am an IMG on the verge of certifying my CAF and had a question regarding the extra-curricular activities. ERAS says that all extra-curricular activities should be included under volunteer experience.

I was quite active with the cultural society (dramatics, literary club etc.)of our med school, should I include that or should I limit myself strictly to medically related activities.

Plz Help!
