Im not bold enough to stick a 14g Tuohy C7-T3 region without a nice lateral. Shoulders tractioned down. Lots of chest pillows.

This is a bad technique. If you are not left paramedian your depth may be off. Not enough room for error here.

It's kind of silly but it does build brand awareness. I mean, we're taking about them and are familiar with their names. If their social media is reaching us, it's reaching others, too, who likely don't have a negative opinion because they don't have our knowledge.
