The Boston Medical Group has ads on the radio where they promise to cure erections, guaranteed, or your money back. That was enough to set off my BS detector.

So after some cursory googling, it seems that their cure-all is intracavernous pharmacotherapy, and with their on-site pharmacies, they can mark it up as much as they want. Of course, they send off a bunch of questionably-indicated blood test and also do night-time plethysmography...

Does anyone know anything first-hand about this outfit?

I would be a little weary about any kinds of quick fixes or cures...

The word would be "wary", and I agree.

As noted cursory workup followed by in office intracavernous injection that produced normal erection, but followed by hard sell to buy product from them at fairly high cost.No options to get prescription elsewhere were given.

I went there to see what it was, they where very professional and I did get an erection, for about 4 hours. They were not pushy about "sales" but yes it is expensive. If I actually had a problem I would pay the price though.

"where they promise to cure erections..."

Wouldn't that, in fact, be a promise to cure erectile dysfunction?

Intracavernous injections are a very common approach to patients refractory to PO meds. I'm not sure of the dollars associated with this therapy or if health insurance providers will cover the costs. However, I would prefer injections over a prosthetic if injections were efficacious.

As far as having an erection for 4 hours from an injection, wouldn't this qualify as priapism and be a contraindication for intracavernous injections.

Contrary to the suspicions of people who are wary of snake oil salespeople, Boston Medical Group does exactly what they say they do - they cure erectile dysfunction and premature ejaculation using a treatment method with standard medical approaches. This is not about swallowing Viagra pills or Cialis pills and hoping for the best.

There's a reason that Boston Medical Group is the country's largest provider of erectile dysfunction and premature ejaculation services.

Yes, the price is a bit steep compared to say Viagra, but I have tried it and the results are worth it.
