Why the hell does blood pressure get HIGHER if the vessels in the skeletal muscle are being vasodialated. I am an EMT and I know BP goes up.

Vessel dilation isn't just the only thing changing. The heart is pumping faster- think sympathetic n.s. response to get blood flow to vital tissues.
