Best states in USA for foreign qualified dentists to move to?

Hello everyone! I know this question has been asked before but i wanted an updates answer. Can anyone shed some light on which states should i consider moving to once ive given the NBDE exams? I mean i know its subjective as to whether i clear the exams or not as well LOL but the point is i want to have a clear picture regarding every aspect of moving to USA .. it will be a huge move for me so i want to know the pro's and cons inside out?
So which states have the lowest cost of living alongwith the best dental school to go to? (For international students)
