Best Pocket Book for CC

Hey guys, I know there is a sticky and I did a search, but most of the info is from 2006.

If you were going to buy a pocket book for CC, what would it be? Any thoughts on Wash Manuel of CC in particular. I am heading overseas for a Pulm/CC rotation and may not have access to a lot of online resources and need to find a good book while packing lightly.

wash manual is excellent. I carry that and tarascons pocket IM/CC. $45 total
