About a year out of residency, working at a small ED, without many specialists in house. Was wondering if anyone has recommendations for good references to use during shift?
I have Wikem and Uptodate, also use epocrates for medication. Pedistat for peds.
But once in a while I'll get some less common pathology and would like to know the standard ED management/disposition which is often missing from Wikem. Uptodate is good but doesn't really have much ED specific guidelines. I used to have Pepid which was more detailed than Wikem but somewhat expensive. It's more of an issue for me since I don't have specialists in house.
Thank you all!
