The US doesn't have undergraduate degrees for medical school, only doctoral degrees. You need to come here and do an undergraduate degree, and then you can apply to go to medical school here.

It isn't that hard to get into an undergrad institution as a foreigner in the US. What is difficult is finding a way to pay, as often you need to pay upfront and loans are very hard to come by.
