It really seems to depend on what you're looking for. Are you looking for a short deck that hits just about everything but doesn't do all the vast amount of resources? Zanki or tzanki then. If you want more cards with longer answer responses that might take a little while, Wiwa or Dorian. Looking for an IM deck just to crush the IM wards? Doc's IM deck is gold for this.

Personally, I'm doing the tzanki deck and I'm loving it so far. Only on my first rotation though. But it's great, it's got just over 7000 cards which is totally manageable. I'm supplementing with the Dorian FM deck during my FM clerkship since i'm at a DO school.

I recommend going to each of the actual reddit pages to read about the decks from the author.
