I'm a Canadian wanting to study medicine abroad (obviously cuz I don't think my marks will get me into a canadian school). I've been reading the posts on SND as well as ValueMD, and I'm just wondering what people's personal experiences or thoughts were on this:

What is the best way to become a cardiologist in the US?? Go to medical school in the carribean, australia or UK?? (which one will be easier to get an IM or radiology residency in the US)

Also, which is an easier residency to obtain in the US...IM or radiology?? (I understand you can apply to a cardiology fellowship with either)...and which is the "better" one to apply to a cardiology fellowship with?!?

Any responses will be GREATLY appreciated. thanx alot guys and gals!!

-any chance there are people on this board that have actually done ANY of this?!?
