Aussie Student looking to organise Sub-Internship in the US

Hi guys,

Just wondering which hospitals have you found to be receptive for doing a sub-internship over in the US? I'm noticing a lot of places that *used* to take international students have stopped unless your uni is affiliated. Another issue is I also won't have Step 1 completed by the time I have applied.

Any help/advice is appreciated!
