Aus Master of Pharm recognized in Can/US?

Is the Australian, 2 years, Master of Pharmacy program recognized in Canada or the U.S.?

I know if you have a 4 year bachelor of Pharmacy from Australia you, it can be approved by PEBC and practice in Canada after doing the evaluation and licensing exam, but is can you apply for license and be approved to practice as pharmacist in Canada, after you do your Master of Pharmacy in Australia (w/o having done bachelor of pharmacy).
