Applying to Charles University

Hi, I am a US student who is considering applying to First Faculty of Medicine, Charles University in Prague. Are there any graduates of Charles, or any current medical students there that can tell me about their experiences, good or bad....and what to maybe expect? How is it to live in Prague? Was it difficult to gain a residency in the US after graduation? Any responses would be well appreciated.

i am a student there...the grads i know that want to come to the states (not too many yet, just a couple per year) have all got good spots doing what they want to do. many more have recently gone to england and got great spots.

i really enjoy prague. tons of fun. maybe a few too many distractions, and certainly a bit cold, but i like it a lot...

as far as experiences, i would be happy to answer any questions you have.
