I'm looking into applying to a good few MD/MBA programs and I have a few consecutive questions:
For these programs that you apply separately to the MBA and MD dept. do you let them know on the MBA side that you're also applying to their med school?
It seems 50/50 if you have to apply to the MBA after/before matriculation which means you may or may not have to take the GMAT/GRE beforehand. For those that you do notify that you are doing MD/MBA before matriculation to med school, do they have the same rigor of admissions standards? Im not talking about Harvard or anything but I feel I have a good GPA and my projected/predicted GMAT is withing range for all of them but I have 0 business background, will they let this slide because I'm not primarily a business person, Im a pre-med?
