Apartment suggestions for DMU

Looking for input on the quality of 3000 Grand Apartments. Thank you so much.

I opted to live away from campus, but I have friends that currently live there. It isn't too bad of a place. I think the convenience of living right next to campus is the biggest/best thing about it. I've heard stories about mice and bats though. Also sucks that they only allow cats.
