My dental clinic started taking state dental insurance last year, since then we’ve had a string of incidents where pts will threaten to write us negative reviews if we don’t write them pain meds.
Of course I never write them any and have racked up a lot of bogus negative reviews from these drug seekers. Is there anyway to get rid of these reviews?
I’m considering just cutting state services all together as most of these pts are not serious and have very poor treatment compliance.
