Any URMs with similar stats have success with MD?

Not sure whether i should go for it this cycle or not
cGPA-3.6
sGPA-3.39
MCAT--taking June 1st--around 507 on practice tests
200 hours shadowing
200 hours clinical volunteering
175 hours non-clinical volunteering
3 semesters TA for Emergency Medical Responder class (also certified)
1 semester microbio lab TA
Fluent in spanish
I would really prefer MD over DO
Any feedback is appreciated! Thanks in advance
