I am trying to find a popular dental forum for dental technology, case discussion and dental research. I went to dentaltown.com which is OK. Could you recommend some popular , or famous forum?

This topic might be too naive, so no answer. However, so far I found some groups on Facebook, but most of them are quite quiet.
