Any Schools still worth applying to?

I applied to 8 dental schools and so far have only heard from one. I was wondering are there any schools still worth applying to?
My stats are 22 AA, 23 TS, 23 Bio, 21 Gchem, 25 Ochem, 21 RC, 19 PAT, 19 QR
3.61 overall GPA and 3.53 science
