Any Europeans work their way to Aus?

Hello everybody,

I have a few questions:

1. I was wondering if there are any doctors out there that worked their way to Australia for specialization after med school in Europe?
2. Is it difficult to get a nice specialization programme as a foreign doctor? Is it dependent on your ACM score?
3. How is it to work in Australia? Is it hard to get a place to specialize in a nice area (urban area) or do you have to take what you can get
4. Do you have a job after residency?
