Any chance for U of Waterloo?

I'm very scared I do not have much of a chance to getting into waterloo. Any comments/suggestions would be appreciated:
My OAT scores:
QR 310
RC 280
Bio 300
Chem 330
Ochem 310
Phy 320
TS 320
AA 310

My cGPA is 3.1 (with 3.7 in the final two years). I have many extracurricular activites, volunteering, and job shadowing with an opt.

Please help. I have been graduated with a BSc for a year now, and have been taking extra courses to boost my cGPA.

Hey! I am applying to Waterloo too! But I haven't written the OAT so I don't know if I should really give you any opinions.

But i remember on their page, they said average score of admitted applicants was 370. My opinion is.. retake only if you think you can do better.

Btw, I want to know, what prep materials did you use? I have princeton review books for MCAT, and I was wondering if that would be okay to use for the OAT.
