Any away rotations available to MS3 (vs only to MS4)?

Everything for ophtha needs to be done so much sooner than the ERAS residency apps. Are there any programs I can app,y to for an away rotation as a third year? I have 4 week break before third year officially ends, and was thinking it would be perfect to schedule in an away rotation then. Any ideas?
