US med school grad. USMLE 1: 231, USMLE 2: 227. I have already completed my transitional intern year, and can obtain a MO medical license without any issues.

Looking to go for any open PGY-1 IM or PGY-1/PGY-2 Anesthesia spots in the St. Louis area. Also considering a clinical research fellowship if available. My fiance matched to one of the St. Louis programs, so I would like to be closer to her.

I appreciate any input.
