The link below covers "with food or without food". Its not just abx on the page, but it should help, especially if studying for Naplex or CPJE:

need to be refrigerated:
augmentin
cefaclor
cefpodoxime (vantin)
cefprozil (cefzil)
ceftibuten (cedax)
cephalexin (keflex)
erythromycin ethylsuccinate/sulfisoxazole (pediazole)
penicillin vk (Veetids)

Refrigeration recommened with Amoxicillin - improves taste

Do Not refrigerate:
clarithromycin (biaxin)
clindamycin (cleocin)
voriconazole (vfend)

Do not need to refrigerate:
Omnicef, zithromax, amoxil, duricef, cipro, cotrimoxazole, diflucan, levaquin, etc

source: rx prep

Do Not refrigerate:
clarithromycin (biaxin)
clindamycin (cleocin)
voriconazole (vfend)

Actually according to LexiComp, vfend powder NEEDS refrigeration but after it has be mixed then it can be left at room temp:

Powder for oral suspension: Store at 2°C to 8°C (36°F to 46°F).

For those who have already take the cpje and have been successful, your feedback will be really appreciated. books and topics i need to focus on any recommendations. any help please.............
Thanks

Add bactrim to list of antibiotic that do not require refrigeration. Also add erythromycin ethylsuccinate to list of antibiotic that require refrigeration. Not sure why rx prep forgot those.
