Anesthesiology and the military

Can anyone comment on the life of an anesthesiologist in the military compared to that of a civilian?

Also i am interested the pros/cons of the two residency programs at BAMC/WRAMC.

And lastly, my wife has been asking alot of questions about work schedule in military anesthesiology residency-any comments on the hours, etc.?
