I’d recommend doing a search; within the last 2 or 3 yrs there was a thread on this. I remember making pretty specific notes about what I used.
I don’t mean to sound flippant or fatalistic, but the exam was the most bizarre test I’ve ever taken. It didn’t feel like an exam reflective of anything I’d studied, been lectured on, or seen during my critical care year.
It’s a beast, but like 80-something percent pass on 1st try, so (statistically), you’re golden.
