If I have An Associate Degree in Nursing is it possible to continue to study medicine from a senior year of the Medical School to become a doctor? Or I have to enter as a freshman again?

You have to take the prerequisites required to apply to medical school, and earn a bachelors degree in any major. It isn’t about being a “freshman” or a “senior”; you just take whatever classes you need to take in order to meet those requirements. The amount of time that will take depends on what courses you’ve already completed.

You have to finish your bachelor's degree, including all the courses that are required in order to apply to medical school. Medical school is another 4 years of specific training to become a physician.
