I am currently about to enter my Junior Year of college and am taking the MCAT January. I was reviewing my resume and wanted to make sure that I had what was necessary for a strong application for Medical Schools. My GPA is a 3.97 so I am more concerned with extracurriculars.

-I have been doing research since my freshman year (including summers) and presented at several poster sessions. I may soon be being published :).
-I volunteered at a low-income school as a tutor weekly throughout my freshman year for approximately (~100 hours).
-I shadowed an ENT specialist while home for about 40~ hours and have been volunteering every week ~4 hours at a local hospital PACU with a total of (~60 hours)
-I am a member of several organizations outside of classes. I hold 2 major positions including being a service chair for AXE (Alpha Chi Sigma) and a senior senator on the student government association (both of which I am planning to do again my junior year of college)
-I am going to be working at the tutoring center on campus for the next semester (~4 hours a week)
Next semester will be focused on classes as I have 3 labs, the tutoring job, and have to prepare for the MCAT. Therefore I feel like I will need to focus more on my volunteering/shadowing efforts second-semester junior year.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated as I currently feel like I need to do more but am struggling to find time for it next semester.

I agree that you could use more volunteering, especially disadvantaged volunteering. keep working on increasing those hours, and keep on increasing clinical experience hours, and I think you will do great. !
