not much at all - the cadre tries to make you feel a little bit bad, you do remidial PT 2 or 3 extra times a week and then I think you take the APFT again at the end of OBC. Again there aren't any real consequences of failing a second time except that you can't graduate on the commandant's list I think. They did make the point that failing the APFT when we are residents or otherwise on active duty could have real consequences. You have plenty of time to work on the push ups, sit ups, and 2 miles. IMHO, most people that failed hadn't prepared as well as they could have. Good luck.
