Advice for first year ophtho graduates?

Hi, I'm a first year ophtho graduates. Could you give me any advice about how to receive a fellowship from ICO ? Maybe some of you have any experiences. Or maybe there are other available fellowship other than ICO. And could you give me any advice about being a first-year ophthalmologist? Thank you.
