Research exp: 1000 hours or more since 2nd year of undergrad
Poster Presentation
Work Experience: Certified Nursing Assistant for 6 months, 6 days a week
Shadowing: 240 hrs ( Cardiologist, Family medicine DO, pediatrician)
Volunteer: Educational Volunteer as Tutor for 1 year
Soup kitchen 500 hrs.

Did you try reaching out to admissions for feedback? I am in same situation - reapplying, but don't have much to change on application since I just graduated from college. Will re-take MCAT since that was weakest of my app. Everything else was within competitive range that schools look for.
Will be working as EMT, and will reach out to admissions at some local schools to see if they will provide feedback.
