Adding New Experiences (Work, volunteering, etc.)

Hello! With regards to adding more experiences to our application, how are schools notified about them? I know AADSAS will formally notify schools about any academic updates, but is this the same case for new experiences (e.g. getting a new job at a dental office, attending a conference, etc.)? Thanks in advance
