I'm planning on starting my MBA this year and have a long term goal of part time clinical/admin.

Any recs on any added certifications that may be helpful?

Certified professional in healthcare quality (CPHQ) is appealing and seems more accepted than certified professional in patient safety (CPPS).

There's also plenty of billing/coding certifications through the AAPC depending on specialty.

Of course there's CPE/FACHE but it my case those make sense after a MBA or MHA .

Any of them worth it?
Any other certs I'm missing?

To piggyback on above - what advantages are there for a physician to have an MBA?

My intuition is that those credentials would be more useful if you had only the MBA and no clinical degree.
