ADC 2016 help a student;)

Hello everyone
I need some help I'm a dental student I'm graduating this year (2016) I'm study In Moscow Russia dental medicine, I really want to move to Australia and I have some questions I will be very happy if someone can help me
A) in which visa can I come to aus for the adc?
B) if anyone recommend to take the curses before the exam? And which ones?how long are they?
C) if any one can help me with the material for the adc examination
D)how much time before I need to send the documents? And study before the examination
And general tips and ext will be great thanks)) any info will be great

The Australian Dental Association has lobbied the Federal Government to prevent the granting of permanent and temporary work visas to dentists, both internationally and domestically trained due to the present oversupply of dentists.

Unless you are able to get a visa via other means it will be very challenging to pass the first hurdle of getting into and staying in the country.

Yes I know that's they cancel the pr for dentistry
My boyfriend is living in Australia so I have some options for a visa and a sponsor from there
Can u tell me more about the exams? From where I can find the materials for the exam? And do u have to apply for a course? And there is a few places That have the exam or only one?
