Sounds like "DRESS" syndrome or "RUSH" syndrome or something like that. All capitalized acronym.

Renal failure and bradycardia and something-something.

EDIT:

BRASH syndrome, nevermind. I thought of it once I stopped thinking of it and started playing video games.

No way I was going to get this without Google.

I definitely don’t get bradycardia when playing this:

So, I think I see this a lot more often than others in my specific population.
I also "knew that this was called something; but what that something was... I didn't know."

One step more than midlevels.
You know what you don't know.

I worked last night, slept for 5 hours, got up and went to the gym, and the something was still in my brain.
My brain no work good.

I like it because of the "action-word!" acronym. Stuff like that sticks because it's flashy.

RUSH
BRASH
PRESS! (?)
DRESS
ASS
FLASH
CRASH
SMASH

whatev.

I for one have never heard of this brash thing at all. Never knew it existed. But I bet I’ve seen bradycardia with hyperkalemia in a BB/CCB OD before. At some point

"What is it Doctor?"
"The worst case of ASS SMASH, I've ever seen."
