about germany residency

does non EU orthopedic residents allowed to do operative interventions , are they equally trained as the german residents ?

Once you enter a residency program, then there is no distinction made between an EU and non-EU citizen. Everyone undergoes the same training.

I am a citizen of Romania (EU country) and a medical student in my last in Chisinau, The Republic of Moldova (non EU country). I would like to continue my education (medical residency) in Germany. I would appreciate any information (if it is possible, what is the procedure, the necessary papers, where should I apply, where should I search for more information etc.). I am fluent in English, Russian and Romanian and I started to study German.
