Hi -Do letters of intent and interest have the same abbreviation (LOI)? Can you abbreviate a letter of continued interest as LOCI?

Just write out the full words instead of abbreviating it. You don’t even have to call it that if you just need to upload a document to the school’s secondary portal.

No, follow the schools instructions. Some don’t even want to receive letters of intent or updates. The dean of admissions would rather not receive hundreds of letters of interest from students either to their specific e-mail account.
