I found an interesting document online which you might enjoy looking over. It describes the various AAVMC member schools (plus Tufts!) and their opportunities for students involved in food animal, production animal, and public health. It also EXPLICITLY describes some admissions committee input into this process. Interesting! Anyone from Maine with a food animal bent? Tufts is desperately looking to sink $12,000 into you!
