Hey SDN, yuh boi Cheena is back.

So almost 2 years after getting smacked on what was fka the AAMC scored, I decided to retake the MCAT and did much better this time around on the practice exams. Wanted to know my chances of hitting my goal of 520 with my scores below. If not, what do you think, realistically my score will be.

6/8 Sample: ~512-513 77%/75%/86%/88%
6/14 FL2: 515 128/127/130/130
6/21 FL3: 517 129/127/131/130 - 2 questions away from 519 but w/e
6/24 OG: C/P: 23 CARS: 27.5 (one question was potentially wrong) B/B : 25 P/S: 25
6/26 FL1: 516 129/128/130/129 - took this last in case i remembered anything from 2 years ago and thus lost its predictive power, luckily I did not.

6/29: ?

Section Banks: C/P - 74%, B/B - 75% (really should've been around 80%, was running late for a flight and rushed 2 of the last passages in the first of 50. Was going at 34/40 until that point). P/S - 80 % (thought this would be higher, was gunning for 85-ish but meh)

Question Packs: Bio - skipped, feel strong in Bio, and didn't wanna burn out. Physics - 80% (my weakness, but second half was much easier after running thru EK). Chem - 87%, CARS 1 - 74%, CARS 2 ~ 76-79% (didn't finish last 4 passages)

Did ALL Uworld problems, overall percentage was about 74%. Mid 80s in P/S and Gen Chem, lower 80s and hi 70s in BC and Bio, low 70s/high 60s in orgo. And Physics took my soul at about 60%-65%

Some notes:
- C/P raw score increased by 2 questions every time, from 45/59 to 51/59. CARS increased by 1 question everytime, ending at 45/53, one away from 129.

All tests taken in perfect testing conditions. Everything was under timed conditions (except 1 or 2 Uworld Physics sets)

Any chance I get lucky and pull a 129 on CARS on test day? I'd be over the moon!

You'll usually do about the average of your three AAMC FLs +/- a point or 2. I got similar scores on the AAMCs as you and was also hoping for a 129 CARS since I was scoring 127-129. Alas, on the real thing I got a 130/126/130/129. *sigh*. But you can never really "perfectly" simulate test day... unless you sat for an hour or 2 at 6 AM waiting as your fellow test takers sign in. That part really takes some energy out of you. Wish you the best of luck, while a 520 is not impossible based on your scores, I'd personally lean more toward the 514-517 range. Still great scores. Just be confident on test day!

Thanks, 'preciate the feedback and the reasoning behind it!

It looks like the community isn't as engaged as it used to be. I wasn't expecting so few responses--this isn't the SDN I remember
