one thing is bothering me a lot.I got 89 part1 and 112 toefl but dont have a lor from any faculty member here in the US.

DO WE REALLY REQUIRE A LOR FROM ANY US PROFESSOR OR A CLINICIAN?

CAN A LOR from a private clinician work?

Are you a foreign trained dentist? If yes, then the only letters of recommendation that will make sense are the ones that you get from your own professors at the school you graduated from.
