I got one of those today too. It means that they will consider you for interview if there are still interview slots left after they have reviewed all of the applications.

OOPS never mind

i thought this was for people who already interviewed there

i am waiting to hear from them
but obviously, oct 15 doesnt mean much

at least for me anyway
