BOTH A comprehensive list of "Best Next Steps" and Imaging Modalities for the USMLE/COMLEX

I have heard that the USMLE and COMLEX especially have stepped up big time on their mangement questions and it cant be simply winged... which is unfortunate for people that dont really get good clinical backgrounds at their respective med schools. Ive tried searching for a high yield list of best imaging protocools with no luck. Was wondering if anyone knew a good quick source I could use to read up on that. Or perhaps we could compile one right here!

ALSOO Ive seen (on the COMLEX big time) and heard that there are alot more "Criteria" based questions to make a judgement call on a diagnosis. A high yield resource for this would also be greatly appreciated.
