Can anyone give me some websites or information on what I have to do for a 4th year elective?

you can visit medical school websites, search around and you should be able to find stuff. you have to apply to do electives at schools a few months in advance though, around 4-6 mths usually, so i hope you've not missed the bandwagon!

Try http://uqms.org. There's a small but growing electives database there, particularly of int'l options. Currently mostly experiences of year 1 students, but these are generally places that'll also take year 4.
