$330 1bd room, LECOM student housing

1 Bedroom (unfurnished) is available in a 4 bedroom house, about half a mile from campus. Rent is $330 a month plus all utilities (split 4 ways). 3 other tenets, we are all male in our early 20's and will be first year med students. House contains a full kitchen, two car garage, and walk-in closets. Our lease starts mid July and is for one year. If anyone would like more info, please let me know.
