Army 3 year HPSP Question

My packet is ready and being sent to the board right now. I'm a D1 currently so I could only apply for the 3 year program. Stats are 3.45 gpa (postbacc) and 22AA. Poured my heart out with a patriotic essay and got a letter from an airforce dentist who was also in the army.

I'm wondering if I'm even going to be in the running for this at all. I was in the process of applying for the navy as well but they told me the 3 years all go to waitlisted 4 years and I couldnt apply. Is the Army going to be this way?

Airforce has the most 3 year spots, did you apply airforce as well?

I missed the cut off to apply for a 4 year Army HPSP so I only applied for the 3 year and I was accepted. Never hurts to apply.
